Chumash Auditorium

Chumash auditorium is just one of the many assets contributed to the SLO dance scene by Cal Poly. Chumash provides a huge space, good dance floor, and an opportunity to host events for the low prices that make SLO dancing both accessible, and one of a kind. Perhaps its biggest advantage are the dozens of couches and stuffed chairs in the lobby which allow for those chats and naps that break up all late night dancing.

Directions

From 101 North, exit onto Monterey St, turn right at Buena Vista St. Turn left at Loomis St and take the 3rd right onto Grand Ave. Continue straight until you enter the campus. Parking will be on your left.

From 101 South, exit onto Grand Ave and turn left. Continue straight until you enter the campus.Parking will be on your left.

Parking is free after 7:00pm on Friday all the weekend through Sunday. However, if an event is taking place parking in the structure should be avoided as it will cost $6.
