Nathan and Audrey
Nathan & Audrey will help you experience their take on Lindy Hop's signature step, with plenty of exercises to help you connect with the dance floor, your partner and the music. We'll practice manipulating our momentum as a partnership, creating strong lines, minimizing extraneous movements, and opening up space for improvisation within the swingout framework.

Slow Lindy

Slow it down... Way down. This class is all about not only how to dance slow lindy well, but what to do to fill the time when the music slows down. Learn moves, stylings and patterns as well as technique on how to dance nice and slow.

Follow Styling

This class will focus on how leads can gain important connection skills to show off their follows and give them the ability to add to the dance through kickass stylings.

Pure-Bal Concepts

Increase your understanding of what makes Bal...Bal.  We will emphasize pure bal fundamentals and shuffle through some variations while hitting the mind bending footwork to really fast music. We will emphasize some exercises to help you develop the use of your body in leading/following pure-bal without separating from your partner, thereby increasing your level of comfort.

Partner Connection

Everyone has learned Lindy and connection, but you never have had a class that challenges you like this. We will take a in depth look at how your body moves to connect to yourself and a partner through the floor.

Fast Lindy

Bring a towel and get ready to sweat! This class will have you swinging out out fast, hard and begging for more. We'll tune up our swingouts for dancing at fast tempos as well as work through some fun and flashy figures that practice the kind of connection needed to dance efficiently at high speed.

Bal-Swing Concepts

Ever wondered what the secrets are to leading those crazy variations without making it Lindy Hop? In this class we will learn a few swing variations with a focus on the technique of how to increase versatility, partner connection, and improve the over all quality of your movement in Bal-Swing. We will learn how to slide and glide across the floor and keep it smooth while executing classic and fun variations.

Styling

Ever wonder what makes certain dancers stand out and just make you go "wow, what are they doing to make it look so good?" The answer is styling. This class is all about learning different stylings you can add to your dance to make you stand out and make your dance fit even better to the music.
